Ridge Meadows Postpartum doulas takes care of the birther so theycan take care of their baby and your family. Our doulas are experienced in baby care, feeding, sleep issues and postpartum adjustments. Ridge Meadows postpartum doulas will feed you and help you feed your baby, help you sleep so that you will have a clear mind to work through the trial and error of finding out what your baby needs day-to-day. With support mothers often feel more balanced right from the start and will confident as a parent.
When I am at your house I will….
Assist with breastfeeding
Offer education, companionship and nonjudgmental support
Offer babywearing and cloth diapering support
Offer evidence-based information on infant feeding, infant soothing, emotional and physical recovery from birth and coping skills for new parents
Sibling Care
Make appropriate referrals when necessary
Light housekeeping
Investment-
$35/hour during the day
$40/hour overnight
$45/hour holidays/weekends
